How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Delivery then takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the size of the item. You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships.
Do you ship large items?
Yes. Large or heavy items such as sheds, shelters, solar kits and equipment may ship by freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Contact us at contact@solenttrapshop.com and we will send you a prepaid return label. We refund your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
What do [AS-IS], [CLEARANCE] and [BARGAIN] mean?
These are discounted items. Please read the product description for details about each item. They are covered by the same 30-day return policy.
